The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made on the website. The contract for the purchases made through the website will be between you the customer and Clapham Books, 120 Clapham High St, Clapham, London SW4 7UH

Clapham Books must receive payment in full including any delivery charges before the goods will be dispatched. Customers orders will be confirmed by email once the order is received. A second email will be sent when the order is dispatched.

Every effort is made to ensure that the goods dispatched are in perfect condition and well packaged, however in the unlikely event that they are damaged in transit please contact us by email and a replacement will be arranged. If a replacement is not availble a full refund will be made to the original card to which the order was charged.

Goods may be returned if you are not completely satisfied providing that any protective packaging has not been removed. To arrange this please email sales@claphambooks.com
A full refund will be issued on receipt of the returned, undamaged goods.

Neither Clapham Books, employees or other representative will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site in any way.
